SÖHNIKS and Surgical Repair Technologies has an accumulated 70 years of experience the repair and prototype of endoscopes and surgical instrumentation. All repairs are performed in our facility, located in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.
Some manufacturers have a reputation in the marketplace for stating that " Independent / third party repair companies provide lower quality repair services and many of these third party repair companies do more harm than good."
As in other aspects of life, we do not believe you can not lump all Independent Repair Companies in one group or catagory using one label. We can guarantee to our customers that Surgical Repair Technologies are not in this category. Our repair and manufacturing technicians have each been with the Company for an average of 15 years, and the most senior technician has over 20 years of experience with the Company and over 35 years in the industry. The technical training provided to all of our staff comes directly from current and former manufacturer technicians.
We have quality control policies and procedures in place that detail each individual device repair.
All of our repairs and components meet or exceed the original manufacturer equipment specifications, and we ensure that only quality components are used at all times. Many of the components we use for repairs are purchased from the same vendors the original manufacturers utilize.
The Company has developed a proprietary computer tracking system for step-by-step tracking of every product repaired. This program tracks progress through the technical Lab, maintains a log of all employees who have worked on the instrument, and the instrument’s status from arrival through repair and billing.
